SERVICE GUARANTEE & PAYMENT POLICY
We guarantee our hair services with the usage of professional maintenance products.
Please notify us within 1 week of the service date with any problems and/or concerns regarding your service, we will gladly correct any problems as refunds will not given.
Full payment is expected the same day your service is provided.
We have a $25.00 service charge on all returned checks. No cash refunds are given on gift certificates or retail products.
NO SHOW POLICY
After three (3) non-emergency cancellations and/or no-shows, Bella Salon and Spa may request a 50 % advanced payment fee for future appointments.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Because your salon and spa appointments are reserved specifically for you, we request a 24 hour notice for any cancellations.
CHILDREN POLICY
Bella Salon and Spa wants to provide a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for all of their clients. Due to safety and insurance concerns, we ask that children only be in the salon when they have an appointment.
